Row House Sylvan Park is currently seeking high energy, passion filled, and sales motivated individuals who are fitness minded and have a love for people, community and our brand! POSITION: The sales associate welcomes, inspires, and celebrates members and prospective members to the studio and asks them to join. REQUIREMENTS:

• Goal-oriented with an ability to ask for the sale
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 6 hours throughout the workday
• Excellent communication skills
• A love of connecting with people and a passion for helping others achieve goals
• Humble team player excited by the Row House mission
• Enjoy having fun RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ask guests to book a class and to buy a membership
• Influence clients to purchase retail items in store
• Call prospective clients and invite them to class
• Request members to register friends and family for class
• Book and confirm intro classes
• Greet and check-in clients and prospects
• Conduct tours while discovering individual's goals
• Participate in community events to promote the club
• Clean studio between classes following strict cleaning guidelines
• Generate new leads to visit the studio by asking for referrals, engaging nearby visitors, and working pop up events
