EPC, Inc. is hiring an Internet Sales Processor in person at the St. Charles, MO location to support customers, list IT equipment online, and help move products from warehouse to webstore. If you're a quick learner who thrives on multitasking, knows your way around eBay, and loves all things IT -- we want to hear from you! Brief Summary of

Duties

:

• Applicant will assist customers through email, telephone and in person.
• Assist in Invoicing pulling and packaging of equipment for shipment.
• Prepare for sale IT type Equipment.
• Assist in the remarketing of IT type equipment.
• Use internal software (Everest and Iinvision) and Sixbit software used to list equipment online
• Other duties as assigned by department Experience and/or Education

Requirements

:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Proficient typing skills with excellent written communication skills
• Familiar with selling on eBay and other online sales venues
• Background working with PC type equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Solid working knowledge of IT equipment and an understanding of its value
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience and/or Education Preferred:
• A+ certified, Degree in Electronics or IT field
• Sales Experience
• Previous employment in computer related job Personal Skills Necessary to Interact with Staff, Customers and Clients:
• Works productively and collaborates well with others
• Able to multitask effectively; brings energy, enthusiasm, and a self-starting attitude
• Demonstrates initiative and a strong work ethic
• Brings creativity to marketing efforts
• Learns quickly and adapts with ease
