Customer Service Representative The Recruitment Crowd - Albany, NY Job description Inside Sales Representative Albany, New York $22 Per hour + Unlimited Overtime and Bonus Role Summary Our client, a national leader within the Solar PV sector across the USA are on the lookout to expand their team by adding an experienced Inside Sales / Account Manager to their team. This client is strategically positioned in major solar markets throughout the USA operating within the residential and commercial markets.

Duties

The Inside Sales Representative position is responsible for maintaining current customer satisfaction with service and sales, and generate new sales/business thru sales initiatives and goals. Provide professional services with product knowledge, problem solving, and order enhancement. Provides outstanding customer service to all current and potential customers, mainly via telephone and internet Writes orders with accuracy and in accordance to all sales policies and procedures Maintain current customer base Meet established monthly sales goals Communicates and cooperates with outside sales force and/or other departments for all Frost pertinent activities. Communicate process improvement ideas. Timely follow-up on all customer orders, quotes, and materials. Maintains up-to-date awareness with new and existing products and services
