J. Carnes & Son Roofing is a trusted leader in roofing and exterior remodeling across New Hampshire and Southern Maine. We are expanding our siding division and looking for a driven, experienced sales professional who is ready to grow with us. Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Siding Sales Representative to meet with residential and commercial clients, assess project needs, and offer siding solutions using top brands like James Hardie, CertainTeed, and more.

Responsibilities

• Meet with leads generated through inbound requests and marketing campaigns
• Perform on-site consultations and provide detailed estimates
• Educate customers on siding materials, colors, textures, and system options
• Follow up with prospects and close deals in a timely manner
• Collaborate with production and project managers to ensure job accuracy
• Track leads and pipeline activity in our CRM system

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in exterior home improvement or construction sales (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of siding systems (James Hardie, vinyl, etc.)
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Self-starter with high energy and a customer-first mindset
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed for appointments What We Offer:
