Overview

: We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Front Desk Sales Associate to be the face of our gym! You'll play a key role in welcoming members, driving sales, and creating an unforgettable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer any questions about classes, memberships, and merchandise
• Drive membership sales through proactive outreach and in-person consultations
• Handle check-ins, class reservations, and payment processing
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
• Support gym operations, assist trainers, and help with events when needed

Qualifications

:

• Passion for fitness and an interest in boxing/kickboxing
• Sales experience is a plus (but not required - we'll train you!)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Perks:
