Job Summary

Retail Garden Center. Candidates must have a positive attitude, plant knowledge, excellent leadership and communication skills and know that customer service is number one.

Responsibilities

Duties

will include but are not limited to assisting with purchases and deliveries.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the garden center, ensuring displays are visually appealing.
• In Store Sales as well as assisting customers with Bulk Product phone orders.
• Maintenance of plant material.
• Operate cash registers for sales transactions, handling cash and credit card payments accurately.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and tracking product availability.
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming environment, answering questions and providing information about products. Skills
• Strong knowledge of gardening practices and plant care techniques.
• Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers effectively.
• Organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy and store cleanliness.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
