Responsibilities

: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in selecting and purchasing wireless products and services - Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits - Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or other point- of-sale systems - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and product knowledge - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications
