Duties

- Represent and promote the brand at various events and locations - Engage with customers and provide information about the brand's products or services - Conduct product demonstrations and samples to generate interest and drive sales - Collect customer data and feedback to improve marketing strategies - Assist with event setup, including signage, displays, and promotional materials - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute event marketing plans

Requirements

Experience in the music industry -Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and promote the brand - Proficient in social media management to create engaging content and interact with online audiences - Strong data collection skills to gather customer information and feedback - Sales experience is preferred to drive product sales and meet targets - Knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences to effectively promote the brand - Ability to conduct product demos or provide food service if required by the brand - Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive brand experience for customers - Willingness to learn about the brand, its values, and its products/services - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed for events This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about marketing, sales, and customer engagement.
