NATIVE FLORAL is Now Hiring a Floral Sales Manager in our Nashville, TN customer location. IMMEDIATE OPENING We are a national fresh cut flower grower and distributor selling high quality floral bouquets and arrangements to wholesalers and mass marketers. Our current search is for a morning person who is upbeat, enthusiastic self- starter with the ability to work well unsupervised. This position is essentially like running your own business. The position requires someone well organized, hardworking and reliable. If you are a motivated individual who derives personal satisfaction in increasing sales, providing great customer service, and works well unsupervised; you could be a great fit for this position. Job Essentials:

• Merchandise and maintain a fresh cut flower display
• Keeping display full, clean and appealing to customers
• Preparing and submitting daily sales and inventory
• Experience in customer service, retail and/or merchandising preferred
• Responsive to customer and store inquiries in a timely manner
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must be available to work some weekends and mornings
• Able to work in a warehouse environment
