• In-Home Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a sales consultant with us, you'll have the opportunity to help homeowners transform their dull, damaged concrete floors into beautiful, durable spaces - all with our fast, expert one-day installations (even in winter!). Your impact will be immediate and rewarding, as you help clients make lasting changes to their homes or workspaces with our industry-leading solutions. What You 'll Do:
• Consult with Homeowners : Meet with prospective clients at their homes to understand their unique flooring needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Use your expertise to build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel confident in your ability to enhance their spaces.
• Present Cutting-Edge Solutions: Showcase our high-quality floor coatings and provide professional, consultative advice to help clients make informed decisions.
• Drive Results : This is a performance-driven role - your success is measured by your ability to close deals and exceed targets, giving you the chance to earn incredible commissions. What We 're Looking For:
• Proven Sales Expertise- Strong consultative sales skills and a track record of success in closing deals.
