: Albany Broadcasting , one of Upstate New York's premier digital radio clusters and the home of FLY 92 and B95.5, is currently seeking ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES with the #1 trait--WINNING ATTITUDE! New to radio advertising? We will provide the training, support and coaching! Are you a veteran account executive with digital sales experience and a competitive edge and looking for a change of venue, give us a call! Our account executives help local businesses increase their revenue with their marketing strategies using our winning and popular stations--B95.5, FLY 92.3, 100.9 CAT, JAMZ 96.3, and ALT 104.9.

Responsibilities

:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Identify and target new business opportunities through warm calling and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions We offer a Salary + Competitive Commission Structure, with a $50,000 earning potential in the first year, PTO and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, Aflac, FSA/HSA, and a 401k program. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $40,000.00 per year Supplemental pay types:
• Commission pay

Requirements

:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
• Ability to analyze market trends, negotiate contracts, and drive results
• Familiarity with technical sales processes is a plus Travel requirement:
• Up to 50% travel Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
