Overview

Honda of Annapolis is looking for an Appointment Setter / BDC Representative. "BDC" stands for Business Development Center" - located on premises. Training provided.

Responsibilities

Taking incoming and making outgoing calls, texts, & emails to communicate with our current customers about maintenance, repairs, recalls, or special parts installation that is due on their vehicle. Order parts to accommodate an appointment. Communicate with service or parts personnel to make appointments go as smooth as possible. Contact customers that have missed their appointments and reschedule.

Requirements

Great communication/phone skills. Can learn computer applications. Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team. Outgoing and positive demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Pay plan will be discussed in detail if interview follows: Pay is based on an hourly rate plus a moderate commission for appointments that show up.
