Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our business. Duties

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Manage the sales team by providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance.
• Oversee account management activities to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
• Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on team performance and market trends.
• Lead lead generation initiatives through various channels including inside sales efforts.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software tools used in sales processes.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Experience in retail sales or business development is highly preferred.
