Job Summary

: The Legal Business Development Associate is a critical point of contact for potential clients, receiving and contacting a book of provided leads, per month. This role is ideal for a persuasive communicator who thrives in engaging potential clients through cold calls, follow-up campaigns, and other outreach to assess fit, generate interest, and help build a strong pipeline of qualified clients.

Responsibilities

:

• Conducts high-volume cold calling and follow-ups to reengage clients and qualify interest in the firm's legal services.
• Identifies potential barriers or objections that prevent prospects from moving forward and log insights to improve future outreach and service offerings.
• Executes communication campaigns to nurture prospects and increase conversion rates.
• Maintains accurate and timely records of all communications and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collaborates with key stakeholders and the Client Services team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
• Tracks daily metrics and performance goals to support individual and team success.
• Stays up-to-date and informed about the firm's service offerings, market trends, and client needs to effectively represent the brand. Minimum

Requirements

:

• Required Education:
• Associate's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum Years of Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
• Proven success in high-volume cold calling and lead management.
• Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with legal intake processes or legal terminology.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
