Overview

As Sales Manager , you'll be the face of the studio--responsible for building and converting leads, creating local brand awareness, and driving all membership sales efforts. You'll work closely with studio leadership to build a strong foundation for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through in-studio tours, phone/email/text follow-ups, and lead conversion
• Generate new leads through grassroots marketing , partnerships, and local outreach
• Build strong relationships with prospective and current members to create a welcoming studio atmosphere
• Maintain accurate sales reports and member data using ClubReady (CRM)
• Support studio marketing campaigns, community events, and promotions
• Help manage front desk operations and assist with day-to-day studio support as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold StretchLab brand standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in fitness, wellness, or membership-based services preferred
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Strong communication skills--both in person and via phone/email
• Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
• Comfortable with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Passion for wellness, movement, and helping others improve their lives
