LA Fitness is currently looking for people that love the idea of changing peoples lives for the better. This role has a primary focus of business to business marketing and self generating leads. This will be the number 1 responsibility for a membership counselor. It is still a sales position in which your focus while in the facility will be to provide value on tours and close Memberships efficiently. Due to the exponential growth of our company even during these times there is plenty of opportunity for rapid career advancement. We currently offer a very competitive pay plan and benefits in the position with the ability to fast track your career from Membership Counselor to Assistant General Manger in 30-60 days from start date. Upper management direct hire is possible as long as applicant has previous fitness sales and management experience.

• Sales Counselors consistently earn between $2,500 to 3,500 per month.
• Assistant General Managers consistently earn between $4,000-$6,000 per month.
• Fitness General Managers consistently earn between $5,000-$8,000 per month. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $31,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
