Job Summary

As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving revenue growth through effective leadership and customer service.

Duties

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets - Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team's selling skills - Manage payroll and scheduling for the sales staff - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the retail management team - Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained - Utilize sales management techniques to maximize sales performance Skills - Proven ability to sell products or services effectively - Experience in payroll management - Knowledge of retail management practices - Strong training and development skills - Ability to effectively communicate and manage a team - Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions - Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred - Bilingual proficiency is a plus Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $19.50 per hour
