Sales & Project Manager - Full-Time Bellevue, WA Final Touch Showroom & Builders Inc. is a reliable and growing general contracting company specializing in custom remodels and ground-up construction. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as a Sales & Project Manager a dual role that bridges the gap between client acquisition and hands-on project execution. This is a unique opportunity to lead both the front-end sales process and the successful delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Proactively follow up with warm leads and potential clients provided by the company.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals based on client needs and project scope.
• Identify upselling opportunities and offer value-added services.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including communication with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Supervise project budgets, timelines, labor, and materials.
• Monitor on-site work quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout each project.
• Contribute to future project pipelines through exceptional customer service and follow-up.

Requirements

:

• Preferred experience in construction, remodeling, project management, or construction-related sales.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage projects independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Business-minded with the ability to recognize new sales opportunities.
