Full description of the position

Established Solo Real Estate agent (not a team) covering Nashville to Leipers Fork is seeking an experienced Real Estate Assistant to aid in administrative duties, events, occasional showings, market research, and more. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented, creative thinker with some real estate and/or marketing background. My clientele is generally high-net-worth individuals who often require discretion and expect a high-touch concierge level of service. That is something I will not compromise on. That is my brand, and I deliver it to all buyers and sellers, regardless of the price range. Additionally, confidentiality in all matters is a must. The nature of my business is "no day is alike," so flexibility and thinking on your feet are key. Below is a partial list of what responsibilities would look like:

• Schedule showings and appointments
• Preview properties
• Communicate with clients, lenders, and inspectors to ensure smooth transactions
• Open a property prior to a showing / close up
• Organize occasional Broker's open houses and events
• Maintain agent's personal Compass CRM
• Research (can be on anything, from vetting a lead to where the best tennis courts in Franklin are)
• Create CMA's
• Maintain and update resource pages as needed
• Oversee and input transaction paperwork
• Maintain agent's personal website
• Implement new systems to gain new clients
• During slower times, an occasional personal errand Hours and

Compensation

I am looking to start someone part time on an hourly wage, with the potential to move into a full-time salaried position. Starting pay commensurate with experience. Bonus and referral opportunities will be discussed in an interview.

Qualifications

:

• Must be proactive and have excellent organizational skills.
• Must be computer-savvy and familiar with CRM's.
• Must have the ability to stay focused and on track in an unstructured environment.
• Must have a reliable car and insurance. Bonus points if you have:
• Past real estate experience
• An active real estate license
• Knowledge of the Compass Platform
• Can create and produce marketing videos for social media Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
