Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide expert advice. Sales Generation: Generate leads and convert prospects into clients by offering tailored insurance solutions. Policy Review: Analyze existing policies and recommend adjustments or updates to better meet client needs. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Licensing: Active Maryland Property & Casualty License is preferred. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve targets. Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards in all interactions. Local Candidates: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gambrills, Maryland.
