Perio Protect is a pioneering company in the dental care industry, focused on providing innovative solutions for the treatment and management of periodontal disease. Our flagship product, the Perio Tray, offers a non-invasive, comfortable, and effective method to deliver medicaments directly to periodontal pockets, improving patient outcomes and transforming the approach to periodontal care. Perio Protect trains dentists and dental teams in the use of Perio Tray therapy and helps with their marketing needs. Position

Overview

The Sales Support Specialist has a logistical role to coordinate the organizational needs for sales outreach. While this person works primarily with the sales team, the role also interfaces with the marketing, laboratory, fulfillment, and customer service teams. In addition to event preparation and event record management, the Sales Support Specialist handles customer service duties and customer communications. The ideal Specialist takes initiative for independent work but also functions well in teams.

Key Responsibilities

: 1. CE Management

• Creating CE letters
• Maintaining CE records
• Uploading CE to a Professional Organization 2. Event Logistics
• Packing and shipping materials for sales events
• Maintaining marketing inventory and managing marketing materials
• Printing flyers and other event materials 3. Customer Service
• Answering phones
• Creating and emailing shipping labels 4. Direct Mail
• Organizes and ships direct mail to customers on a weekly basis and for special events
• Maintain inventory for direct mail 5. Update customer records on websites and Customer Relationship Management software.

Qualifications

:

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products or ability to learn them quickly
• Perform mail merges or learn how
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Professional phone and email etiquette
• Ability to work on independent projects and in groups Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
