• Greet customers, respond to questions, and provide extraordinary customer service
• Operate cash registers
• Achieve established goals
• Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers
• Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts
• Converse effectively/efficiently regarding customer parts status
• Read and understand parts catalogs when looking up and speaking to specific parts
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers
• Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring that displays are attractive and products are well-stocked. What Are the

• Ability to show up on time and work posted schedule
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
• Prior auto/motorcycle parts sales experience (preferred)
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
