Jackson, White and Associates Insurance is growing. We are an Elite Allstate Insurance agency located in Baltimore. Our team is expanding its presence in Delaware, Maryland, DC and Virginia............we're looking to do more! We are seeking a licensed Insurance agent to grow our business in the region. We offer a competitive salary pay $38,000 plus Commission and Bonus (benefits including PTO, Life insurance 401k (first-year compensation $60k - $80K) and have the most amazing training and support in the industry. Salary: $50000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage New Business insurance sales process.
• Develop insurance referral network amongst realtors, mortgage loan officers, homeownership groups and communities.
• Convert data leads and live calls provided into sales
• Use CRM systems to document and manage sales pipeline.
• Proactively run requotes audits to reengage missed, lost, or aged leads opportunities.
• Meet agency sales goals, bundle rates, and referral expectations.

Requirements

• IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL LIVE IN DE, MD, DC, or VA
• P &C License is REQUIRED/MUST HAVE
• 2 years customer service, or sales experience
• Positive, self-driven, motivated attitude
