Position
Overview
Due to our continued growth, Green Bay Packaging Inc. is seeking an Account Coordinator for our Coated Products Division, located in Aurora, IL. Green Bay Packaging Inc. is a privately owned, diversified packaging and paper manufacturer. Founded in 1933, this Green Bay, WI based paper company has 4,000 employees and 36 manufacturing locations. The Coated Products Operations consists of three manufacturing plants, four Slitting and Distribution Centers, and a majority interest partnership in Mexico. The CPO manufactures pressure sensitive label stock, utilizing a variety of face stock, adhesive and release liner combinations. Product capabilities include an expanded film line, as well as traditional paper, foil and thermal offerings. This position will be dedicated to working closely with our Sales Representatives and internal departments, including Scheduling, Procurement, Technical and Shipping, to meet our customer's needs. This is an intermediate level job for experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Interacting with customers relative to the placement of orders, pricing, deliveries, and technical recommendations
- Managing multiple accounts through processing and expediting orders
- Maintaining detailed account specifications for each customer
- Handling any customer complaints or quality concerns
- Coordinating and managing preslit and blanket programs for customers
- Working with Shipping and Logistics teams to coordinate timely deliveries
- Supporting Secondary Market
- Committed to providing the highest level of service to all customers
- Willing to assist teammates in any area as needed
- Other tasks as assigned by Customer Service Manager
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Highly proficient in computers skills and technology- Must know Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks
- Accurate and timely in data entry, along with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude even when unexpected challenges arise
- Ability to operate in a fast paced, highly demanding environment
- Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team
