Full description of the position

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to support our executive team and assist with technical sales operations. This onsite role combines administrative tasks with sales coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage the executive calendar and schedule meetings and travel.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
• Maintain and organize important business documents.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Draft and review contracts to ensure accuracy.
• Provide admin support to improve daily efficiency.
• Help prepare and distribute marketing materials for trade shows and events.
• Support the technical sales team with client coordination, presentations, and proposal tracking.
• Work with teams to ensure timely communication with clients.

Requirements

:

• Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and team-friendly.
• Interest or experience in technical sales is a plus.
• Position is onsite. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $3,000.00 per month
