Automotive Manager - $70K - $80K Base + Commission Baltimore County, MD Seeking an Automotive Manager with experience managing multiple service locations!!

Responsibilities

• Responsible for profitability in all departments in the stores
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual forecasts for all departments
• Hire, mentor and monitor the performance of all department heads
• Maintain superior customer service through company culture
• Review critical metrics daily for every department and make necessary adjustments to increase production
• Assist in developing an advertising and marketing plan
• Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process

Qualifications

• Must have automotive service experience
• Must have experience managing several location at one time
• Progressive career experience through Service into automotive management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of inventory control
• Bachelors degree preferred but not required IND2 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
