We are looking for a knowledgeable, dynamic sales person who is skilled at in-home and in-office sales. Experience in the HVAC Industry is required. A highly confident sales person with in-home sales experience and knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation products is the self-starter we're looking for. Responsibilities

:

• Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC and other home comfort needs
• Ability to use Service Titan software / Training available
• 100% COMPANY GENERATED LEADS AT NO COST!
• Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution including our exclusive maintenance program
• Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction
• Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales
• Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
• Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices and credit terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
