About Us

We are a full-service Energy Services Company (ESCO) seeking motivated go- getters to sell no-cost LED lighting upgrades to commercial and industrial clients.

Responsibilities

:

• Articulate the financial benefits of LED lighting upgrades, including utility rebates and incentives.
• Work with our sales team to generate leads (some leads will be provided, but self-generation is key to success).
• Identify, nurture, and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Offer general technical support to clients.

Qualifications

: We do NOT require a bachelor's degree. What we DO require is intelligence, adaptability, resilience, and a meticulous attention to detail. You'll need to manage multiple moving parts effectively. Specifically, we're looking for someone who can:

• Demonstrate a strong track record in B2B sales.
• Show proficiency with basic software tools like CRM, Gmail, and Excel (you don't need to be an expert--just comfortable with essential tools).

Compensation

:

• W2 Employee : You'll receive minimum wage on a full-time basis as a "draw" against commissions.
• Generous Commission Structure : Our commission rate is 20% of the gross margin, well above the industry standard. For example, on a $200,000 project with a 40% margin, you'd earn $16,000 in commission. Many of our salespeople close multiple large projects monthly.
