About the Role

: We're hiring Outside Sales Managers who are ready to take their career to the next level. This role has high earnings potential , and is ideal for someone who's experienced, self-motivated, and thrives on building genuine customer relationships.

Responsibilities

:

• Prospect and generate leads through referrals, and networking, and direct leads from our company
• Perform roof inspections and assist homeowners with estimates and claims
• Educate clients on roofing systems, services, and insurance processes
• Manage relationships from first contact through project completion

Requirements

:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (roofing, insurance or construction preferred)
• Proven ability to communicate and close deals
• Honest, trustworthy, and self-driven
• Comfortable climbing steep and high roofs and working outdoors
• Insurance claim knowledge
