Key Responsibilities

: Achieve 88 shown appointments per month Multi-task using phone, email, and text to execute a structured follow- up process Accurately log all activity in CRM and other software systems Maintain a positive, high-energy, and productive attitude Be on time and meet deadlines Show respect for colleagues and customers Commit to continuous learning --always improving speed and technique
