Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in finding and purchasing products while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and purchases - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable product recommendations - Handle cash register transactions accurately - Demonstrate product features and conduct product demos to enhance customer experience - Utilize retail math skills for tasks such as calculating discounts and sales prices - Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor - Assist in restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Proficient in using a cash register and POS system - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Familiarity with basic math for transactions and inventory management - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment - Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies - Experience in a grocery store setting is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
