Responsibilities

Include:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing and sales campaigns designed to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Engage with customers in-person at promotional events, creating memorable brand interactions and fostering long-term customer relationships.
• Help organize, coordinate, and distribute marketing materials at live events, ensuring maximum brand visibility.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to brainstorm and implement fresh, innovative outreach strategies.
• Represent client brands in a professional, enthusiastic manner that aligns with their mission and values.
• Guide new customers through registration, onboarding, and product/service inquiries with top-tier professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics , contributing ideas for process improvements and strategy enhancements.
• Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all event attendees while maintaining strong client relationships. What We Look For:
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation (this is an on-site role).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and growing.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically in a competitive marketing space.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (we do not offer sponsorship at this time).
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or hospitality is a plus--but not required! We value motivation and a go-getter attitude over experience.
