The Wholesale Sales Representative is responsible for successfully managing all aspects of the direct sales of Theory Wellness products to our partner accounts.

Responsibilities

:

• Conducting frequent sales calls and maintaining active sales relationships with all assigned accounts
• Prospecting sales territory for new sales opportunities
• Keep accurate updated records
• Achieve and surpass assigned sales quotas
• Plan and conduct staff trainings for partner accounts
• Participate in new product launches and sales activation events
• Monitor competitive products and pricing in the market
• Research national cannabis industry trends
• Provide marketing support for Theory products in all sales accounts
• Review orders for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Learn all aspects of Theory's products and become a master of product knowledge
• Develop working knowledge of all CCC regulations Full Time Employee

Requirements

:

• Two years of related sales experience, cannabis industry a plus
• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated success in a CPG sales role
• Able to adapt to changes
• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• High energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
• Available to work occasionally on Weekends
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check - No drug-related felony convictions
