Duties

• Field in-bound sales leads to help diagnose pest issues and provide solution options based on our various service offerings
• Follow up with prospective customers who are still on the fence about choosing a service provider
• Give expert advice and guidance to prospective customers to help them with their issues
• Complete sales related tasks such as payment processing and proposal signing
• Be active in our phone queues to help our customers and teammates
