Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Gacha! Gacha is a new local-owned business that plans to bring Japanese toys, anime figurines, and cute blind boxes to Madison!

Duties

• Engage with customers and explain what Gacha is/how it works
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Inventory management, including restocking shelves, machines and conducting regular stock checks.
• Demonstrate products through engaging product demos to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Liking anime is a plus!
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
• Ability to work flexible hours
• A proactive attitude towards learning about products and improving sales techniques. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 per hour
