General Maintenance The General Maintenance position is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks to ensure the proper operation and safety of buildings, equipment, and facilities. This role requires practical knowledge and hands-on experience in multiple trades, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on equipment, tools, and building systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Utilize skills in plumbing, mechanical pipefitting, welding, painting, electrical work, sheet metal fabrication, and masonry to complete assigned tasks.
• Inspect and troubleshoot issues related to HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems, making necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Construct, fabricate, and install structural components as needed to maintain the integrity of the facility.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while performing all maintenance duties.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including repairs, inspections, and inventory of maintenance supplies.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

& Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to operate tools and equipment safely.
• Light computer skills a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
