Description: Job Title: Account Manager - Transportation & Operations Company: Paul Transportation Location: Tulsa, OK (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $50,000-$55,000/year base + performance-based incentive program (paid bi-weekly) Schedule: Monday to Friday, Early Start (by 7:00 AM), On-call including weekends Experience: 2+ years (Required)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned transportation + logistics accounts
• Coordinate daily shipments and delivery schedules for flatbed trucking
• Communicate with clients, drivers, dispatch, and customer service teams
• Monitor freight movement and address issues as they arise
• Ensure compliance with timing, documentation, and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records and performance tracking
• Solving operational problems in real time

Requirements

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in transportation, account management, or trucking operations
• Experience in flat bed trucking is a strong plus
• Confident communicator with excellent organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and ability to thrive under pressure
• Must be able to report to work by 7:00 AM
