Position Title: Inventory and Order Fulfillment Professional Location : Cleveland, OH Reports To : Operations Manager

Job Summary

: The Inventory and Order Fulfillment Professional will manage all aspects of inventory control and order fulfillment for Biro Sales. This includes overseeing parts and supplies inventory, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, and coordinating shipments to customers. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized individual who can effectively manage stock levels and contribute to the seamless operation of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Inventory Management :
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring all parts and supplies are properly stocked and tracked.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to verify stock levels and reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage inventory replenishment, including tracking low-stock items and coordinating orders with suppliers.
• Implement and maintain inventory best practices to ensure the organization runs efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Order Fulfillment :
• Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and shipped as per company standards.
• Ensure all products are inspected for quality before shipment.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including labels, invoices, and tracking information.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Customer Service :
• Respond to customer inquiries related to order status, product availability, and shipping.
• Resolve any order discrepancies or issues in a professional and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process Improvement :
• Continuously identify opportunities for improving inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
• Collaborate with the operations team to implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Duties

:

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist in maintaining the safety standards and compliance in the warehouse.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory management, order fulfillment, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
