• Car Allowance Join my client's dynamic team as a Sales Director , managing a skilled team and leading the charge in the North American automotive component manufacturing and OEM markets. My client is a well-established manufacturer of cold-formed and machined components , and they are looking for a leader with industry experience and the agility to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Why this role? This is a unique opportunity to shadow the VP and develop into the VP role as part of a planned succession strategy. You'll need leadership expertise, strategic insight, and a drive to grow the business while mentoring your team. What you bring to the table:
• Proven sales leadership experience within the automotive component or OEM markets.
• Experience of managing a team of 4 or more sales people.
• A strong background in machined metal component manufacturing (preferred).
• A business degree , ideally with a focus on marketing or a similar discipline.
• The ability to travel up to 35% across North America, managing relationships with clients and identifying growth opportunities.
• An adaptable, agile approach to leadership and business development. The perks:
