Full description of the position

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of trailer industry especially parts sales
• Greet customers at sales counter and help customers select correct parts to repair their trailer or truckbed
• Create accurate invoices and recieve payment from customers
• Keep track of inventory using computer software and performing physical inventory audits
• Enter new inventory into computer software
• Fulfill parts orders from service department

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and a desire to be the best
• Timeliness
• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to learn quickly and handle difficult situations
• General knowledge of Windows based computers
• Previous experience with inventory and accounting software a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
