The Luxurious John Barrett Salon in Upper Midtown East is now hiring for Front Desk Sales/Guest Care.

Responsibilities

:

• Provide 5 star customer service to our high end clients
• Greet clientele - check in and check out process
• Book and reschedule appointments
• Manage POS System - handle financial transactions, opening and closing the register
• Retail sales, knowledge of salon products and up-sell
• Attend and participate in-training and salon meetings

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in luxury upscale hair salon, hotel or restaurant
• Able to manage time and multi-task in a high volume environment
• Work a flexible rotating schedule - days, nights and weekends
• Must enjoy and excel at sales offerings, and have a charismatic, friendly personality. Part Time position for a career-minded person. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
