Duties

As a service center, customers are at the center of our business. Our inside salespeople work closely with all departments to ensure top notch service is provided and do everything in their power to be the one stop shop solutions provider. We satisfy all ISO:9001 requirements and continually improve our processes to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Inbound/outbound calls and emails
• Qualifying of customers and requirements
• Relationship building
• Resolution of customer issues
• Account management
• Estimating and quoting

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree(preferred)
• Sales Experience(preferred)
• Steel Industry/building materials(preferred)
• Bilingual/Spanish Speaking (preferred) EEO/AA/Disabled/Veterans Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
