Job Summary

We're looking for a strategic, people-driven National Retail Sales Leader to oversee our retail operations across the U.S. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving sales growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction while developing a strong, aligned retail leadership team.

What You'll Do

• Set Strategy: Define and execute the national vision for retail growth and expansion.
• Lead Teams: Hire, train, and mentor store leadership to build a high-performing retail team.
• Drive Sales: Set and monitor sales targets, manage store budgets, and ensure profitability.
• Ensure Excellence: Oversee merchandising, store audits, and brand consistency across all locations.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, customer service, sales, and IT.
• Enhance Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service strategies and uphold brand integrity.
• Leverage Data: Analyze sales, inventory, and category performance to drive decision-making.
• Visit Locations: Travel regularly (~50-60 days per year) to stores and industry events.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of retail leadership experience (multi-store or national)
• Proven success in driving sales and team performance
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems
• Willingness to travel nationwide Preferred:
• Experience in integrating in-store and social media channels
