In-Home HVAC Sales Representative Pro Comfort Control - Ashland, MA Pro Comfort Control is seeking a motivated In-Home HVAC Comfort Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for a driven professional who excels at building relationships, understanding homeowners' comfort needs, and guiding them toward the best heating, cooling, and hot water solutions.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and present tailored HVAC solutions
• Educate homeowners on energy-efficient systems, available incentives, and financing options
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to build trust and drive sales
• Prepare and present detailed proposals with a focus on quality craftsmanship and comfort
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution
• Follow up with leads and past customers to maintain strong relationships and generate referrals Salesperson

Qualifications

:

• 2+ Years Prior HVAC Sales Required
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, relatable way
