Overview

: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative to generate leads, close sales, and build strong relationships in the residential and commercial markets. This is a commission-based role ideal for someone who is self-motivated, outgoing, and looking to earn based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Prospect and generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals, call Angi's List leads, and cold outreach
• Conduct site visits and evaluate customer needs for asphalt paving, sealcoating, crack filling, striping, and repair services
• Provide accurate job estimates and detailed proposals using company tools and templates
• Educate potential clients on our services, materials, and maintenance plans
• Close sales and follow through to ensure customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Track and report sales activity using CRM tools or provided reporting methods

Qualifications

:

• Must be an American Citizen
• Have a Valid drivers license and a working vehicle (company vehicle will be provided after probationary period)
• Previous sales experience (any field) - we are willing to train candidate
• Hours are Weekdays and Saturdays for estimates
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong self-management and organizational abilities
• Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings Job Type: Full-time Pay: $10,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Shift:
