We are currently seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. About the role: Working with the Sales and Marketing team introduce prospective residents, their families and visitors to all aspects of residential life at Capitol Lakes. Responsible for the marketing of Capitol Lakes and the sales of independent living apartment homes; ensuring high occupancy rates are maintained. Respond to questions, provide information, and resolve concerns of persons interested in becoming residents. Assist new residents through all phases of moving to the community, while ensuring the overall quality of resident admitting procedures. Pay: $20 + / hr DOE + monthly commission structure based on performance.
- What you 'll be doing:
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, assisting prospects and residents with documentation and notices while collaborating with facilities, administration, resident services, dining, and marketing.
- Create and maintain sales materials, including Independent Living Brochures, apartment floor plans, Move-In Guides, new resident files, and other essential documents.
- Manage prospect pipeline and CRM records, prequalifying leads, updating Applicant and Wait Lists, scheduling activities, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Produce reporting and market analysis, generating insights on customer preferences, objections, and competitive positioning on a quarterly basis.
- Maintain sales and marketing inventory, organizing supplies, managing confidential files, and ensuring materials are restocked as needed. About you:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing or related field is preferred.
- Ability to continuously balance competing priorities while providing exemplary customer service.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, customer relationship management software and social media platforms. Working at Capitol Lakes, you will enjoy the following benefits:
