Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales consultations with pre-set, high-quality appointments.
• Educate and guide homeowners through the benefits of our premium bath remodeling solutions.
• Customize and present proposals that meet customers' needs and budgets.
• Close sales efficiently while providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Exceed sales goals and maximize earning potential through performance-based incentives. What We 're Looking For: Sales experience (we provide expert training!) Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach. Strong closing abilities and the confidence to turn leads into sales.
