Full description of the position

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the Mold, Water, and Fire process by providing accurate cost estimates for projects. This is a full-time position with great advancement opportunities. The right candidate has construction knowledge, and can write Scopes and Negotiate Estimates, and follow up with clients. Attention to detail!

• 3 years experience writing and negotiating insurance losses
• Proficient in Xactimate with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Strong communication, documentation, and negotiation skills
• Customer service focused
• Pass drug and criminal background checks
• Attention to detail
• Ability to independently scope and estimate mitigation & construction projects of all sizes.
• Communicate with adjusters/customers on the scope of work
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
