We are currently seeking a full-time Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative. This position will require 2-3 years of sales / customer service experience with an exceptional mechanical aptitude (Manual and/or CAD). Must enjoy working in a fun but rewarding environment. Jemms-Cascade is a customer centric focused organization where we provide customer support in a timely fashion as well as being the subject matter experts in our fields. We work with all the major manufacturers worldwide providing Nutrunner attachment technology and development.

Duties

:

• Work with the sales department to provide quotes for new and existing customers.
• Work with the sales department to identify and implement strategies to increase sales volumes.
• Help to develop new prospects and interact with existing customers primarily by email and phone.
• May be asked to conduct field visits with customers as necessary with assistance from outside sales.
• Work with engineering when new designs are generated to solve customer applications.
• Provide excellent customer service by helping clients with any questions or concerns they may have.
• Help with the setup of new customers in our ERP/CRM software and ensure they have all the required paperwork.
• Handle customer products when integrated to Jemms geartrains as well as managing the ERP paperwork and logistics. Critical Skills:
• Senior Support training will be provided.
• Must be able to project manage multiple applications at the same time with timely and accurate oversight.
• Result oriented management, not time based.
• Manufacturing exposure to all different types of industries.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM Software.
• Strong Organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset.
• Strong communication skills both written and oral.
• Ability to type at least 30 WPM.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Associate Degree or equivalent work history. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
