Job Description

: Yohji Yamamoto America Inc. is looking for a full-time Sales Associate with relevant luxury experience to join our team. The ideal candidate would be expected to achieve individual sales goals by integrating in-store customer service with omni-channel digital technology. Our sales associates are required to provide remarkable service to all customers in order to build and maintain a loyal client base. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Consistently drive and achieve individual sales goals and KPI goals in order to maximize both in store and online sales - Ability to develop and recruit local and international clientele - Specific understanding of the designer's aesthetic and philosophy - Demonstrate strong product knowledge - Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues in order to foster open and constructive communication to contribute to a positive working environment - Maintain security standards within the store to ensure safety of customers, colleagues and merchandise - Support visual merchandising and floor changes - Follow all company policies and procedures Key

Requirements

: - Minimum 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience and customer service setting - Experience meeting and exceeding sales goals - Provide exceptional customer service with a keen understanding of luxury needs and client expectations - Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a challenging or fast paced environment - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Capability to articulate and exemplify our brand vision - Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends and holidays. - Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time - Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards - Fluent in English; Proficiency in multi languages highly desirable Qualified candidates must have the proper work authorization to work in the United States Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
